The Midgard Heros Handbook, Tome of Heroes, and Deep Magic is allowed (optional). You might need to buy a copy if you want to use more than one or two bits (Kobold Press store or DriveThruRPG). If one contratdicts another the priority is in reverse publication order: Tome of Heroes > Deep Magic > Midgard Heros Handbook.
